Marcie Allen Scholarship Fund
The Marcie Allen Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Marcie Allen, a longtime member of the church community whose building Hope Theatre Group is grateful to use for rehearsals, classes, and other activities.
Marcie came to the church each week to prepare the bulletin, often finding herself surrounded by HTG rehearsals, props, and projects. We would apologize for the activity and disruption, but later learned that Marcie actually chose to come while HTG was there. She enjoyed seeing the creativity and sense of community that theatre brought into the space. We established this fund in her honor to help continue making those experiences available to everyone.
HTG has always been committed to ensuring that finances aren't a barrier to participation. We offer tuition scholarships to anyone who needs them, covering as much of the cost as necessary for them to participate in our programs.
Donations to the Marcie Allen Scholarship Fund are reserved exclusively for scholarships. By contributing to this fund, you're directly supporting individuals and families who need financial assistance to participate in HTG.

There's a lot that goes into bringing our productions, camps, and classes to life! General donations help cover the costs of sets, costumes, props, technical equipment, educational materials, and the many other resources that make our programming possible.
