Registration for Cast & Crew
Thank you to all who auditioned and/or applied to be a part of our cast and crew! You should have received an email indicating whether you were cast or accepted into crew. After accepting your role, please make sure to sign the Cast/Crew Member Agreement and register as soon as possible. Registration costs $200 for each cast member and $100 for each crew member.
Registration is mandatory for all cast and crew members. If you’d like to request scholarship information, please reach out to us at hopetheatregroup@gmail.com.
Production Calendar

Rehearsals:
Tuesday, May 20th through Saturday, July 5th
Tuesdays 6-8 pm (vocals and blocking)
Wednesdays 7-8 pm (dance and choreo)
Thursdays 6-8 pm (vocals and blocking)
Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm
Tech Week:
Monday, July 7th through Thursday, July 10th, and run from 5-9 pm (ish) each day.
Performances:
Friday, July 11th; Saturday July 12th; Sunday, July 13th.

Tickets for Something Rotten are now available here! Performances will be held on July 11th and 12th at 7pm, and July 13th at 2pm. Buy your tickets soon - they’ll sell out fast!

Thank you to all who auditioned for Elf Jr - we’re so excited for this show! You should have received an email indicating if you were accepted into the company as cast, crew, and/or a YETI*. After accepting your role, After accepting your role, please make sure to sign the Cast/Crew/YETI Member Agreement and register as soon as possible. Sign up HERE! $100 tuition (financial help available upon request). Schedule:
Camp week: July 28th - August 1st from 9am until 12pm each day
Show week: August 4th - August 8th from 9am until 3pm each day
Performances: August 8th, August 9th
Tasks include:
Helping paint the set pieces during the week of camp
Helping create props to be used during the show (i.e., Shredded snow, wrapped Christmas presents, decorations, toy tables, etc.)
Helping run sound and music cues during camp and the week of the show
Helping run and prepare the Props Table for the show
Helping build some of the set pieces used for the show

Help mentor actors and crew as needed
